From Long Island Expressway (Route 495) - Take Exit 56 South (Route 111)
From Southern State Parkway - Take Exit 43 South (Route 111)
From Sunrise Highway (Route 27) - Take Exit 45 South (Route 111)

Go South on Route 111 to the very end. This is a “T” intersection with Montauk Highway / Route 27A. Make a right turn. At the first traffic light, make a left turn onto South Bay Avenue. We are the second building on the left, on the corner of South Bay Avenue and Lazare Lane. It is a one story yellow building that faces Lazare Lane. The parking lot is in the front of the building and our sign faces South Bay Avenue.

From Long Island:
Take Northern State Parkway West, which turns into the Grand Central Parkway. Exit at Exit 17 - 168th Street. Stay on the service road, pass 164th Street, make the next left onto Parsons Boulevard. Make a right on Hillside Avenue. Go about 5 blocks and make a left onto Sutphin Boulevard. The office is on the right just past Supreme Queens and across from Civil Court house. There are parking lots on the right hand side.

Long Island Railroad to Jamaica train station. Walk out of the train station and turn left onto Sutphin Boulevard. Walk two blocks. The office is on the left.

Subway system take the F line to Jamaica

From Manhattan:
Take Grand Central Parkway East to exit 13 (J. Robinson Parkway / Van Wyck Expressway) towards Kennedy Airport. Merge onto Van Wyck Expressway / I-678 S via exit 13s on the left toward Kennedy Airport. Get off at exit 6 toward Hillside/Jamaica Avenue and stay on the service road until you get to Hillside Avenue, then make a left. At Sutphin Boulevard. make a right.

Enter Roundabout and Exit onto PECONIC AVENUE / CR-63

From the South Shore of Western Suffolk
SUNRISE HIGHWAY EAST to Exit 61 (toward Riverhead) onto County RD 51N toward Riverhead (you will see Suffolk Community College on Right) Go One Mile Further and turn RIGHT onto CR-63N / LAKE AVE / E MORICHES RIVERHEAD ROAD
Enter next Roundabout and take 3rd exit onto PECONIC AVE / CR-63
Turn RIGHT onto W MAIN ST / NY-25
Turn LEFT onto ROANOKE AVE / CR-73
Turn LEFT onto W 2ND ST.

From The South Fork of Long Island
Take MONTAUK HIGHWAY WEST (becomes Sunrise Highway) (Route 27) to Exit 64N onto Route 104 N. Follow to Roundabout in Riverhead
Enter Next Roundabout and take 2nd Exit onto PECONIC AVE / CR-63
Turn RIGHT onto W MAIN ST / NY-25
Turn LEFT onto ROANOKE AVE  / CR-73
Turn LEFT onto W 2nd STREET
