• We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., EST.
• During regular office hours, a member of our staff will always answer the phone and respond to your needs.
• If you call before or after office hours or on weekends, you will receive an immediate return call when you contact our answering service.

• Our court reporters are experienced, professional and reliable.
• Our court reporters will arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Many of our court reporters have worked with Suzanne Hand & Associates for 10 years or more.

• We provide expedited delivery, daily copy, and Realtime drafts and rough drafts upon request.
• Our usual turnaround time for transcription services is 10 business days.
• We deliver transcripts and exhibits in hard copy (print) or by e-mail.
• We make every effort to cover last-minute bookings.

• For over 15 years we have been archiving all of our transcripts – both court reporting and tape transcription – in our offices and at a secure offsite location.
