Prior to starting her own court reporting agency in 1980, Suzanne Hand learned the inner operations of law firms by working as a legal secretary for seven years. Suzanne then went on to become a Grand Jury Reporter and an Official Court Reporter prior to opening her court reporting agency. The experience served her well because she truly understood the importance of accurate transcripts when going to trial. In launching her business, she developed standards of performance for the court reporters and administrative staff she now employs to ensure that accuracy and timely delivery, along with exemplary customer service, are always priorities.

Suzanne Hand & Associates now serves the most successful litigators in New York State and provides state-of-the-art technology to support their needs. The agency specializes in complex legal matters with expert and technical witnesses and also serves municipalities and school districts.
